Website enquiries
The public website no longer accepts form submissions and does not collect new business enquiry details. Information submitted before the form closed may remain in the website's separate database; this change does not delete those earlier records. Previously submitted fields include work email, organisation, role, country or region, and a summary of the enquiry. Do not send confidential business information, sensitive personal data or real business records to this website.
Language preferences and tracking
A synan-locale cookie remembers English or Chinese for up to one year, solely to display your selected language. The website currently includes no advertising trackers, visitor profiling or analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served by this website. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information needed to provide the service.
Enterprise application
Sign in and Open SYNAN links lead to app.synan.cn. The enterprise application is a separate software environment. Its data handling, access controls and deployment arrangements should be confirmed before enterprise use.
Future changes
If analytics, payments or additional collection is introduced, this notice will be updated with those changes. Data retention, deletion and permitted use for an enterprise deployment must be specified within the enterprise service scope.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts the public website and receives connection information such as an IP address and browser request details needed to serve requests. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
