This notice describes the current SYNAN public website and its demo request form. The enterprise application has separate access controls.

Information submitted here

The demo request form collects the work email, organisation, role, region and AI case summary you choose to provide. SYNAN uses this information to respond to and administer the request. Do not submit confidential case data through the public form.

Analytics and browser storage

The website application does not currently install advertising trackers, analytics scripts or use cookies or local storage for visitor profiling. Fonts and product images are served with the website.

A language preference cookie remembers English or Chinese for up to one year on each product domain. It is used only to display your chosen language, not for advertising or profiling.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the website and receives connection information needed to serve requests, such as an IP address and browser request details. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Product demo

The public product demo uses fictional records. Changes made there stay in that browser and can be reset. Do not enter confidential, personal or real enterprise data.

Future changes

If analytics, payment or additional data collection is introduced, this notice will be updated to explain its purpose and handling before those features are made available.
